Bronda has been my dear mentor for going on 4.5 years now, and I truly don't know where I'd be without her guidance and advice at this point in my career.
It goes without saying that she is a thought leader in the Project Management space, but there's so much more to Bronda than meets the eye. She's a cheerleader, a gut check, and a strong (and very patient) support system. She leads with empathy and will give you the honest truth, no matter what - these are just some of the traits I wholeheartedly respect about her. No matter where Bronda is, she improves that space x10.
She's taken me from a very junior, doe-eyed project manager to a more thoughtful, appreciative, kind, and patient (maybe slighly-less-naive) project manager. I carry her wisdom with me everywhere, and I could not be more grateful for her mentorship.

I had the pleasure of working with Bronda at Mailchimp and quickly learned that she is a consummate professional who can lead any organization to deliver value for the customer. Her passion for project and change management were reflected in the best practices she instilled, her empathetic approach and her ability to navigate ambiguity to create clarity for her team(s) and stakeholders. No challenge was too difficult for Bronda to tackle and she was often the first to volunteer to help others. Bronda is an incredible leader with deep expertise of multiple project and change management frameworks - she knows how to leverage this knowledge and tailor it for her teams to enable success. I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again.

I've always believed that people in leadership positions should work to earn respect, instead of just immediately expecting it, and boy have you earned it. Bringing order to a place like old Mailchimp couldn't have been done by just anyone; honestly I'm not sure if anyone else could have done it. You've made incredible changes to this org, and you've done so with grace and kindness. Everyone that's been fortunate enough to work with you has become better for it.
When my grandmother passed last year you made sure I felt like I could take the time and space that I needed. I'll never forget how much peace your words gave me. Thank you for caring about all of us as people as well as coworkers.

Bronda hired me onto her team and gave me my start in Project Management. Those early days of that team were some of my favorites in my time at Mailchimp because I was able to work so closely with Bronda and learn so much from her directly. Not just about project management but about communication and empathy and things that have helped to shape how I view the world and exist in relationships.
