  • Managed the production readiness and post implementation requirements of releases, ensuring both business and technology were ready for the new release

  • Responsible for new development, maintenance and support of an online booking engine  generating over 2.8 billion dollars in annual sales (delta.com)

  • Responsible for new development, maintenance and support of 4 eMarketing applications ($1B annual non-transportation revenue)

  • Managed and participated in 24-hour production support for Customer Notification System. This system was critical to alerting customers of changes in flight times

1991 - 1996

  • Forecasted, controlled and maintained regional expense budget.

  • Managed and developed seven administration employees throughout the region.

  • Coordinated all facility changes and closures throughout the region.
